2. Purpose

The site presents TEMIDASOFT — software, app, game and website development — our products and demo materials, and lets you send an inquiry.

Information on the site is for information only and is not a binding offer unless explicitly stated.

3. Use of the site

• The site is free to use and requires no registration.
• You may not use the site unlawfully, infringe the rights of others or disrupt its operation — including automated scraping, attempts at unauthorised access and spam via the inquiry form.
• We may change, extend or temporarily suspend the site or parts of it.

4. Inquiries and contracts

Sending an inquiry creates no contractual obligation for either party. After an inquiry we may prepare an individual offer.

Software, app and game development is carried out under a separate written contract or accepted offer setting out scope, deadlines, price, acceptance and rights to the result.

5. TemidaWeb package — business-card website

• Price: €30 one-off for the build and €8 per month for maintenance.
• Included: chosen template and colours, the client’s logo, texts, photos and contacts, one page with up to 6 sections and up to 15 minutes of changes per month.
• Domain and hosting are not included. They are registered in the client’s name and paid separately; we can help with registration and setup.
• The client provides the site materials and is responsible for having the right to use them.
• Monthly maintenance may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice. A custom booking system or other extra functionality is agreed and paid separately.

6. Demo materials

Demo sites and visuals marked as “sample” or “illustrative” show a possible look of our services. The businesses, photos, names, reviews and data in them are made up and are not real clients or results.

7. Intellectual property

The site’s content — texts, graphics, logo, images, video, design and code — belongs to TEMIDASOFT or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright law. It may not be copied or distributed without written consent, except where the law allows.

Product names and logos (TemidaSoft CRM, Living History, Construction Empire, etc.) are TEMIDASOFT designations.

8. External links

The site links to our products on other addresses and to third-party sites. TEMIDASOFT is not responsible for the content and terms of third-party sites.

9. Liability

We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. TEMIDASOFT is not liable for damage from using or being unable to use the site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.

Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (www.kzp.bg) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
