2. Data we collect

• Inquiry form: selected project type, budget range (if given), a short description and your email address.
• Emails and calls: the data you send us by email or phone (name, contact details, message content).
• Technical data: on each visit our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser, requested URL and time — for security and operation.

No registration is required and we do not collect special categories of data. Please do not send sensitive information through the form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering inquiries and preparing offers — steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Performing contracts with clients, including TemidaWeb — Art. 6(1)(b).
• Accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Site security and abuse prevention (e.g. form spam) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no external analytics.

Your browser stores only a technical flag (localStorage key “ts_intro_seen_v2”) noting that the intro video has been shown, so it does not play on every visit. It contains no personal data and you can delete it in your browser settings.

The site’s fonts are served from our own server. The demo sites (/demo/…) load fonts from Google Fonts and a map from OpenStreetMap — when you open them, these providers receive your IP address.

5. Recipients and processors

• Vercel Inc. — site hosting and server logs.
• Google (Gmail) — receiving and handling emails and inquiries.
• An email delivery provider (e.g. Resend), if inquiries are delivered automatically.
• Accountant and public authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell personal data. Some providers are outside the EU (USA); transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

• Inquiries that did not lead to a contract — up to 24 months after the last communication.
• Contract and invoice data — for the term of the contract and 10 years after, as required by the Accountancy Act.
• Server logs — per the hosting provider’s settings, usually up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

• Access to the data we process about you.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where there is no ground for keeping it.
• Restriction of processing.
• Data portability.
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

8. Security

The site is served only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to inquiries is limited to the staff handling them.

We may update this policy. The current version is on this page with the date of the last change.
